REMEMBRANCE: WINTERING will be an event that carries on the traditions of the Northern Hemisphere shamanic mid winter season of staying indoors, listening to the inner voice/inner fire, tending the hearth, and receiving guidance from beyond by slowing down our minds, bodies, and hearts. We will be exploring how to navigate the inner landscape, work with the inner flame, and connect with our ancestor and spirit team. Winter is a time to do deep inner work, connect with the world beyond, and keep the ancestral flame burning bright.
We will start with a rich embodiment practice of slowing down to connect with our bodies, hearts, and souls. We will then explore shamanic practices that bring us into the underworld and the deepest layers of our souls to discover the mystery and magic that lies within.
